Request for Letters of Interest (RLI) E-23-20 was issued to establish a contract to provide Professional Engineering Consulting services to the City on a continuing as needed basis. Commission approval of the ranking order presented by the Selection/Evaluation Committee is requested, and authorization is requested for appropriate City staff to negotiate contracts with the responsive firms as detailed above. This solicitation was assigned a 10% Local Business participation goal. The recommended firms have committed to meeting that goal. Commission approval is requested.
