Summary Explanation/Background:
The agreement to be terminated was approved by Resolution 2020-135 passed and adopted February 25, 2020. The City is terminating the license agreement due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic and that both parties are unable to agree on a new date and time to hold the festival. Under Article 26 of the agreement, the City may terminate the agreement for convenience upon 30 days written notice to the licensee.
