Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a request by Paola A. West of Plan West, LLC, on behalf of Fernbrook, Florida LLLP for a Plat Note Amendment to the Pompano Beach Residences Plat. The general location of the subject property is the southwest corner of N Ocean Boulevard (A1A) and NE 7th Court (723 N. Ocean Blvd.).  The plat note amendment is requesting a change from “9 Townhouse Units on Parcel B” to “12 Garden Apartments on Parcel B.” This plat request is being processed concurrently with a rezoning request (following second reading of Ordinance) that will permit the increase in units. The Note Amendment Resolution authorizes staff to sign the Letter of No Objection for this request.
