Summary Explanation/Background:
At its April 15th, 2021 Public Hearing, the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) heard presentations from CDBG & HOME Public Service applicants in order to make Public Service and other funding recommendations as part of the FY 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan. The Committee subsequently met with Staff in a second Public Hearing on June 3, 2021 at which time an agreement was reached on the funding recommendations contained in the FY 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan. OHUI is requesting the approval of the plan so that it can be advertised for the 30-day required public comment period and submitted to HUD by the August 16, 2021 filing deadline.
