Summary Explanation/Background:
The Northwest Community Redevelopment Agency Plan (“NWCRA Plan”), originally adopted November 9, 2010, is outdated and required substantial amendments to comply with the Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) statute currently in effect.
The Amended NWCRA Plan retains all of the statutory powers, eliminates provisions that are not statutory authorized, outlines the key focus of the NWCRA moving forward with the reduction in Tax Increment Funding as per the Interlocal Agreement with the taxing authorities, updated photos, data references and CRA compliance with the original NWCRA Plan.
