The City of Pompano Beach (the City) jointly issued RLI E-21-20 entitled “Continuing Contract for Professional Survey and Mapping Services” on behalf of both the City and the CRA. The top-ranking firms are as follows:

• COMPASS POINT SURVEYORS, PL,
• COLLIERS ENGINEERING & DESIGN, INC.,
• CRAIG A. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC.,
• CRAVEN, THOMPSON & ASSOCIATES, INC.,
• ENGENUITY GROUP, INC.,
• KCI TECHNOLOGIES, INC.,
• KEITH AND ASSOCIATES, INC.,
• MCLAUGHLIN ENGINEERING COMPANY, AND
• MUNSON DESIGN & CONSULTING, INC.
The Term of this Contract shall be for an initial period of five (5) years from the date of execution by both the CRA and the Consultant.
CRA staff recommends approving the attached form continuing services contract and authorizing the proper officials to execute the form contract with the Professional Surveying and Mapping Services firms listed above.
