Summary Explanation/Background:
The City of Pompano Beach (the City) jointly issued RLI E-27-20 entitled “Continuing Contract for Mechanical and Plumbing Services” on behalf of both the City and the CRA. The top-ranking firms are as follows:
• DTM Tech, Inc.,
• Pistorino & Alam Consulting Engineers, Inc.,
• SGM Engineering Solutions, Inc., and
• TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc.
The Term of this Contract shall be for an initial period of five (5) years from the date of execution by both the CRA and the Consultant.
CRA staff recommends approving the attached form continuing services contract and authorizing the proper officials to execute the form contract with the Mechanical and Plumbing Services firms listed above.
