Summary Explanation/Background:
The City of Pompano Beach (the City) recently approved the top-ranking professional consulting firms who responded to RLI E-22-20 entitled “Continuing Contract for Professional Environmental Testing Services”
The top-ranking firms are as follows: AEM Technical Services, Inc., E Sciences, Incorporated, GFA International, Inc., GLE Associates, Inc., and Terracon Consultants, Inc.
Because the RLI E-22-20 inadvertently omitted the CRA from the intended joint solicitation, the CRA can piggyback on the City’s competitive selection provided by RLI E-22-20. The Term of this Contract shall be for an initial period of five (5) years from the date of execution by both the City and the Consultant.
CRA staff recommends approving the attached form continuing services contract and authorizing the proper officials to execute the form contract with the Environmental Testing Services firms listed above. The Term of this Contract shall be for an initial period of five (5) years from the date of execution by both the CRA and the Consultant.
