Staff is seeking City Commission approval of a Resolution granting an easement to the Florida Power and Light (FPL). The easement is necessary to allow FPL to conduct routine maintenance and operation of equipment servicing Fire Station 114 (see location map). Upon review of our proposed electrical plans, FPL requested an easement. The City engaged a licensed surveyor and mapper to prepare the legal and sketch (see FPL Easement-SS). There is no cost for this transaction. Staff recommends approval.
