Property located at 1731 W. Copans Road has been experiencing ongoing flooding. Their consultant engineer, Kimley-Horn, has designed a stormwater system that requires discharge into a County owned canal however, in order to get to this canal the stormwater pipe must be installed along NW 17th Lane which is City right-of-way. As such, the attached revocable license agreement is required between City and property owner, Duke Realty Limited Partnership. Duke Realty will be responsible for the design/construction and owning/maintaining of this private stormwater system.
