Property located at 606 NW 7th Terrace was provided to City as surplus by the County and the Office of Housing and Urban Improvement is constructing a single family home for affordable housing (low/moderate income). Florida Power and Light is requiring the attached easement in order to energize the home and maintain their facilities. Once the home is energized City can issue certificate of occupancy for this home that is currently under contract.
