Section 151.03 (D), “Structures in Waterways,” of Pompano Beach Code of Ordinances requires that in order for adjacent property owners to construct docks within five feet of an extended property line, the affected abutting property owners shall first enter into an agreement with the City. Attached, please find Docking Extension Agreement between Christine and Dean Pazin (2741 NE 6th Street), Robert W. Petrucci (2731 NE 6th Street), and City of Pompano Beach.
