Summary Explanation/Background:
The purpose of this third amendment to the Agreement between the City and Broward County for the installation and maintenance of bus shelters is to revise Exhibit A of the Agreement which itemizes the included bus shelters. This revision incorporates the addition of the six (6) shelters being installed as part of the streetscape improvements along Dr MLK Jr Blvd. between I-95 and NW 6th Ave. The number of shelters funded/installed by Broward County and maintained by the City increases from 116 to 122. All other terms and conditions in the agreement remain unchanged.
