Summary Explanation/Background:
The City of Pompano Beach wishes to enter into a Parking License Agreement with Sands Harbor Resort and Marina LLC for the municipal surface parking lot located at 109 North Oceanside Boulevard Pompano Beach, Florida. This parking lot is located just east of the Sands Harbor Resort and Marina located at 125 North Riverside Drive Pompano Beach, Florida.
This parking lot shall be used for its guests, employees and invitees to fulfill its offsite parking requirements. For this consideration the Sands Harbor Resort and Marina agrees to pay the City $60 per month (plus tax) for each hang tag for a total of up to 120 parking passes.
This agreement will replace our previous agreement that was executed on November 14th, 2019 as Resolution 2020-60.
