Summary Explanation/Background:
At the request of the City, County Bus Shelter No. 1533 was relocated to City owned park along Cypress Rd. just south of SW 6th St., and this was accomplished at County’s expense. It was agreed that County could perform relocation via City issued permit, with the intent of City providing an easement to County in the future. As such, County is requesting the attached easement from City so that County can have capability of accessing bus station for maintenance and repairs.
