Summary Explanation/Background:

A Resolution to approve a License Agreement between the G&C POMPANO STATION, LLC and CITY OF POMPANO BEACH for an Overhead Walkway located above a portion of the NW 24 Avenue Right-of-Way. The proposed Overhead Walkway will serve the residents, employees and agents of Pompano Station. The Walkway was included in the site plan for the Pompano Station on PZ#19-12000047, subject to City Commission approval, and connects the West Building and the East Building at the third floor level. The Development Order condition requires that the pedestrian bridge receive approval from all relevant City departments and that an Agreement for the Overhead walkway must be approved by the City Commission.
