Summary Explanation/Background:
The City of Pompano Beach wishes to enter into a Parking License Agreement with G & C Pompano Station, LLC for the property located on Southeast 22nd Avenue (Folio Numbers 484236012510, 484236012530, 484236012550) which includes approximately 80 parking spaces. A portion of this property is to be used by G & C Pompano Station as temporary parking for their tenants, employees and invitees. In consideration for the use of the License Area, G & C Pompano Station will pay the City $50 per month for each parking space as needed. There will be no permanent improvements to this lot and payment from the parking public will be accomplished via our current parking app providers Passport Parking and Pay By Phone with an appropriate number of clearly visible signs at the entrance to the parking lot.
