City Officials approved and authorized the Utilities Department to accept the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan agreement for NE 3rd and 4th Street Drainage at the July 26, 2021 Commission meeting (Resolution 2022-200). The State accepted the loan agreement. However, they requested that the resolution be updated having the Mayor as the authorized signatory. The previous resolution stated that the proper “City Officials” are authorized to sign the agreement. The City Attorney revised the resolution to reflect the suggested changes.
