To fill the unexpired term of Andrew Miller. Additionally, both alternates, Tod Weston and Kim Boros are interested to serve as regular members. Please note I attached a copy of an Advisory Legal Opinion - AGO 89-06, which addresses a husband and wife serving on the same council (advisory board) in this case.
