Summary Explanation/Background:

The Development Services Department has prepared a text amendment to Chapter 155, which seeks to ensure the general purpose of each zoning district reflects the uses permitted in that district.  This amendment is not seeking to change any of the actual uses permitted in the zoning districts, but instead just ensuring that the code is consistent throughout the entire chapter. Additionally, this text amendment includes design changes requested by the Architectural Appearance Committee. The text amendment was unanimously approved by the Planning & Zoning Board, when presented at the December 21, 2022 meeting.
