Summary Explanation/Background:
The Lease Extension Agreement Number 1 with the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) for Alsdorf Park is for an additional five-year term. Any further renewals shall be negotiated by both parties. FIND had some minor changes to the agreement after we had prepared the document for the agenda. The changes do not materially affect the terms and conditions of the agreement but provide clarity to sections 3 and 4 of the agreement.
