Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a third extension agreement between the City and the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 34, for a sublease agreement of a portion of the parcel currently leased by the City from Florida Inland Navigation District, commonly known as Alsdorf Park.  The term of the agreement is for 5 years to coincide with the City’s agreement with FIND.
