Summary Explanation/Background:

The agreement is between the City and Xpress Youth Development Institute, Inc. to provide and promote track and field coaching and instruction to youth ages five through seventeen at Mitchell/Moore Park.  The agreement is for a term of three years beginning upon execution.  In the event the City determines the licensee to be in full compliance the City shall have the option to renew the agreement for an additional two (2) one (1) year terms.  On a semi-annual basis the licensee shall pay the City a fee of 10% of revenue for every non-resident participant as compensation for the use of the City’s property.
