Summary Explanation/Background:

This twenty-fifth Amendment to the FDOT Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) allows the adjacent property owner, to make certain landscape improvements to South Ocean Blvd (SR A1A) right of way fronting the construction of “Briny Residences” at the NE corner of A1A and SE 4th Street.  These enhancements will be maintained to FDOT standards by property owner ensuring landscaping will be aesthetically pleasing and safely maintained such that motorists’ visibility is not obstructed and vertical clearance is maintained for pedestrian, bicyclist and truck traffic.
