Summary Explanation/Background:

The current terms of the alternate members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board expired in July of 2023.  Per direction of the City Commission membership of the Board needs to be modified to add a seventh at-large member, and the appointment procedures also required modification for the appointment of regular voting members to the Board by the Mayor and each City Commissioner.
