Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a second amendment to the license agreement with ProServe Concepts LLC providing services as the Head Tennis Professional for the Pompano Beach Tennis Center.  The agreement is being extended for an additional one-year period, ending March 5, 2025.  The scope of the agreement provides for a minimum compensation of $70,000 to the City of Pompano Beach.
