Summary Explanation/Background:
This agenda item seeks City Commission approval to execute easement agreements (see Exhibits A and B) with the Florida Power and Light (FPL). The easements are necessary to install equipment in support of Fire Station 52 (see Location Map). The easements will grant proper authorization to enter the designated areas and operate and maintain the equipment. Staff recommends approval. The agreements were prepared in compliance with FPL’s instructions (see Exhibit C).
