- Major Administrative Adjustment (24-16500001) required for reduction in required parking spaces.
-The property is unplatted. Based on the approved plat & the proposed scope, there are no additional platting requirements. Provide a letter from the Broward County Planning Council indicating whether it must be platting for the proposed development.
