Summary Explanation/Background:
Request for Proposals (RFP) E-04-24 was issued to establish one or more as-needed contracts to provide lift station rehabilitation and repair services. Line-Item Pricing provided by Proposers were for evaluation purposes only, and could be renegotiated prior to award, or during the contract term. City Commission approval of the recommendation presented by the Selection/Evaluation Committee is requested, and authorization is requested for appropriate City staff to negotiate contracts with the responsible and responsive proposers as detailed above. The General Services Department notified three (3) local waste water distribution repair companies to inform them about this solicitation. Both of the recommended companies are local Pompano Beach businesses. Commission approval is requested.
