3. Based on the parking provided it appears that the minimum parking requirement for the proposed use is not met. New Automobile and Light Truck sales requires 1 per 400 sq ft of indoor sales display area and office space. Demonstrate on the plans that 179 parking spaces are designated for the proposed use.
