Summary Explanation/Background:
The lease agreement with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward is for Boys and Girls Club located at 212 NW 16 Street, Pompano Beach. The Lessee shall occupy the premises for the purpose of operating a center for youth ages 6-18 in the community that provides afterschool, summer youth services and programs focused on education, social recreations, health and physical education, leadership and citizenship development, cultural enrichment and counseling. The term of the lease is for 10 years after the commencement date unless terminated sooner. The Lessee will pay the City an annual rent of ten dollars yearly on the anniversary of the commencement date of the lease agreement.
