1. This project is being reviewed as a minor site plan.
2. The wrong code section was listed on the site plan for the outdoor storage notes section. Revise to state: 155.4303.W
3. Landscape sheet 013LP-1.01 appears to have the wrong dimension called out for the north west buffer. The site plan calls this out at 20' rather than 10'. Revise this sheet to match the site plan.
4. The property line north of the existing 6,617SF warehouse shows there will be a 10' landscape buffer on the landscape plan but does not show it on the site plan. Likewise, the landscape plan calls out 10' buffers on the north and south side of the exit leading to the east but it is not shown on the site plan. Make both plans consistent and call out the buffers on the site plan.
