Summary Explanation/Background:
This is the first amendment to the license agreement with DRC Emergency Services LLC for post disaster emergency catering services. The original agreement was entered into via Ordinance 2019-60 on April 25, 2019. In entering into the first amendment agreement both parties have mutually agreed to extend the original agreement for one additional five-year period and to substitute Exhibit A, which provides revised meal costs.
