Summary Explanation/Background:
This is the first amendment to the license agreement with Piccadilly Holdings Restaurants, LLC for post disaster emergency catering services. The original agreement was entered into via Ordinance 2019-58. In entering into the first amendment agreement both parties have mutually agreed to extend the original agreement for one additional five-year period and to substitute Exhibit A, which provides revised meal costs.
