Summary Explanation/Background:
The City Commission previously approved a master services agreement with First Mobile Trust, LLC on January 28, 2020. The passage of this amendment will expand the number of City services that can accept credit card payments to our Planning & Zoning department, and any other future City credit card services, using the First Billing technology.
Origin of request for this action: Finance
Fiscal impact and source of funding: Estimated $10,000 annually allocated to various accounts based on actual activity. Estimated credit card processing fees are based on current volume of credit card transactions.
