Summary Explanation/Background:

The Applicant is requesting to change the entitlements for the 232 gross acre Regional Activity Center (RAC) land use district referred to in the City of Pompano Beach Comprehensive Plan as the LIVE! Resorts Pompano RAC. The change will add 1.5 million square feet of industrial use to the Activity Center and reduce the office entitlements by 650,000 square feet. The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval at the August 26, 2020 P&Z Board meeting.
