Summary Explanation/Background:
Parcel Y is a 7.1 acre parcel of land, just east of Goodyear Blimp hangar and Sand and Spurs. This is a private project which proposes 6-buildings, housing 12-aircraft hangers. The tenant mix for this project is varied to include jet owners, single and twin-engine plane owners, mechanic shops and possibly a flight or mechanics school. In order for FPL to supply power to this project, the City will need to provide FPL with the attached easements considering it’s City property.
